| ABOUT MWP |
|
Marquiss Wind Power (MWP) was founded in 2006, capitalizing on 20 years of turbine design research by founder Stanley Marquiss. MWP provides ducted wind turbines for use on commercial and industrial rooftops. These rooftops hold some of the windiest real estate in the country. MWP’s mission is to provide a financially viable alternative to traditional energy sources. We aid companies in reducing their reliance on fossil fuels while providing an extremely cost effective means of producing energy to power large businesses.
Based in Folsom, CA, MWP currently has three versions of its patented, ducted wind turbine, Aeropoint, on the market that optimize wind power generation in different wind environments. Extensive testing has been done to understand the capabilities of the turbine and to document the power it generates at different wind velocities.
MWP’s initial target market is commercial 1-3 story buildings in the United States.
VALUE PROPOSITION
Any investment in green energy appeals to our sense of saving natural resources, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels, and keeping our environment clean. However, MWP also makes sure you are investing in a solution that will save you money over time. A short time. Below are just a few bullets that will appeal to your bottom line.
- An ROI of 2 - 7 years
- Payback twice as fast as solar
- Allows for “rolling back the power grid” during high wind times
- Enables businesses to publicly embrace a green power source
